The Guard on Duty
I told the lady receptionist..
Can we change position miss?.
would you mind? Then I posed to
guard the door

Interior of the hotel
Marco Polo Plaza Hotel, Cebu was also the chosen venue for the 5th Triennial Awards hosted and sponsored by the Ramon Aboitiz Foundation, Inc., that was held last March 22, 2012. A grandiose or one of the "En Grande" events that I attended for my entire life.

That's why when I got off from the coaster that we rode, I remember the song of my daughter, "I wanna be a millionaire....ohhh, ......".

Marco Polo Plaza Cebu is located in Central Commercial Hub of Cebu City, close to Philippines Taoist Temple, Cebu International Convention Center, and Ayala Center. It is also nearby from SM City Cebu.

Never in my wildest dream that I could see you in person. Never in my wildest dream that I could set foot on you. I just seen you in photos all over the web. In social network site like the facebook. On reviews and from my friends' mouth that you are so beautiful. Your beauty is so captivating, that even ordinary mortals like me wouldn't want to leave you anymore and living in you is worth for the rest of my life.---according to the guard on duty whose name is Con Tour

Howooow. As I said to myself, what a wonderful world. It is really that wonderful, the world of millionaires. When I step unto the doorstep, and got inside of this grandiose 5-star hotel in the Philippines' oldest City, my knees won't like to step. Seems like my jaw was jolted and my knees was shaking to the max.

I said again howoow at the moment I stepped the first thread of their king's stair. And when I reached inside the grand ballroom, I said again to the waiter, waiter, howooow. The waiter replied, what sir? Are you thirsty? Since, the waiter was very much courteous to me, I accepted the glass of water he gave me. Hooowwooooow. Not Uhaw. (:-).

The Guard with jolted jaw and his smiling Guardian Angel, Father Javier, SJ.

If I am blessed that I was in Marco Polo Plaza, Cebu. I am more blessed that I've met our reigning longest term served, Father President of Xavier University - Ateneo de Cagayan, Fr. Ernesto O. Javier, S.J. Seemed like the meeting of a long lost father with a long lost son. Father Javier, I think, served the University for more than 10 years, since 1979 to 1990 or 11 years, to be exact.

Father Javier, SJ, was one of the prominent figures during the award giving ceremony. He was with the RAFI President Roberto E. Aboitiz when they were distributing the plaques.

Here are the officers of RAFI or Ramon Aboitiz Foundation, Inc. and the members of the Board of Trustees, and its executive committee.

See that, Father Ernesto O. Javier, S.J. is one of the members of the Board of Trustees. That event was really a blissful one and I thought that it was just a dream.

We will just wait for the thing to come at the right time at the right moment. Like inside the tunnel which is so dark, that at the end of it, there is always light ahead.I may call that as an opportunity.

  4. Just ok mar. A very important note that RAFI was that so professional in dealing with us, and not what others thought about them.:-). So in conclusion, I am not a kind of person who really believe right away about the information given from a person with questionable integrity? In fact, this is just a volunteer job that at least I could offer to RAFI with their kindness extended to us. For clarity purposes, I havn't signed any contract from RAFI or any job that I contracted upon for my own blog at the expense of others. :-). Thanks mar for visiting my site. See you around.
